Content and consent rules

What is expected

Only send files you have the right to share. Check the recipient, visible information in the image, and the consent of everyone depicted.

For a personal document or sensitive picture, use a password, deliver it separately, and choose burn-after-read when long-term availability is unnecessary.

Prohibited material

AnonShot must not be used to facilitate harm, exploitation, or non-consensual distribution.

• Any sexual or intimate image involving a minor or someone whose age is uncertain.
• Any intimate image shared without the explicit agreement of the person depicted.
• Harassment, threats, impersonation, exploitation, clearly unlawful material, or files intended to cause harm.
• Publishing another person’s private information without authorization.

Adult exchanges

Intimate material among adults is acceptable only when everyone depicted is an adult and has explicitly agreed to that exact use and distribution. A public image or a picture received in another context is not permission.

Burn-after-read and passwords never replace consent and cannot stop the recipient from taking a screenshot.

Moderation

AnonShot may disable a link, retain material needed to investigate abuse, and block a session or technical address when these rules are violated.

Anti-indexing protections support legitimate privacy; they do not guarantee impunity for prohibited material.
